PRCF has identified women’s participation and capacity development as an immediate area of institutional work.
At the PRCF In-Person Meeting of 23–24 August 2026, PRCF decided that youth and women should be organized and supported through capacity-building.
PRCF’s 2024 federal constitutional draft also includes gender equality and women’s rights within its broader rights and equality framework.
Available international-relations reporting has noted low female participation in some activities as an institutional weakness, reinforcing the importance of meaningful participation rather than symbolic inclusion.
